Frequent order placement problems:

Many of our customers that experience having an order rejected have entered the incorrect 3 digit security code. This code is on the back of your credit card in the middle to the right, it's usally in a white box only containing 3 digits. There are a total of 7 numbers listed on the back of credit cards, ignore the first 4 digits and enter the last 3 digits only they are your cards securtiy code.

Then please check all the credit card information that you have entered on the payment page.
The correct first an last name on the credit card.
The correct credit card number.
The correct expiration dates month and year.
The correct 3 digit security code.

If all this fails to get your order completed then there might be a problem with your credit card. You can enter a different credit card or call us at (740) 983-9850 during normal business hours and we will assist you in placing your order. 

Defective & Return Products:

Dockside pleasures stands behind the vibrator products that we sell. The returns policy for the Vibrator line only, full replacement within 20 days of purchase if defective. The buyer will have to pay the return postage when sending the defective product back. Once the product is back at dockside pleasures we will pretest a new product and ship it back to the customer USPS Priority mail. Most products have a warranty card in the box as to where the manufacture them self will replace the defective product, this is always an option to our customers on getting a defective product replaced. All other products on the web site are non returnable do to the nature of sex toys. Any unauthorized return will be subject to a 35% return fee.

Can I pay by check or money order? 

We do not accept Personal Checks, we will accept Money Orders.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped as soon as processed. Refer to our Shipping information.

How do I cancel an order?

An order may be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped or an item is out of stock. To cancel your order please notify us by 9:00am Eastern Standard Time the following business day. You can E-Mail a cancelation request to info@docsidepleasures.com. Please include the following information from your order. First name, last name, billing address, and order confirmation number. Any cancellation requests received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next day of business.

How can I track my order? 

You can track your order as soon as we ship the order out. We will send you an e-mail confirmation,  which will include your tracking number. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, visit  US Postal Service website www.usps.com or FedEx website www.fedex.com depending on how you chose to have your order shipped, to determine the status of your shipment.  

If a product is out of stock?

In the event that an item is out of stock, a refund for that item will be issued.
