All packages are shipped in a plain brown cardboard box or a USPS white Priority Mail box and only identified by your name and our corporate name.

How do I cancel an order?
An order may be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped or an item is out of stock. You can E-Mail cancel request to info@docksidepleares.com. Please include the following information from your order. First name, last name, billing address, and order confirmation number. Any cancellation requests received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next day of business.
Undeliverable orders:
Attention: if your package is returned to Dock Side Pleasures due to the following reasons listed below the order will be cancelled and subject to a 35% cancellation/return fee. The shipping charges and processing fees such as: discreet packaging and insurance are non-refundable.
